With the first anniversary of Leonard Cohen's death approaching, Montreal is revving up to celebrate the poet and singer-songwriter's life and legacy.
Starting Monday, Nov. 6, the city will be awash in Cohen events during what is informally being called "Cohen week."
Notwithstanding the glitz of a star-studded memorial concert and the draw of an international museum exhibit, many diehard Cohen fans feel his presence in the city all year round. He left an impact on our urban landscape.
