Officers wearing tactical gear were seen escorting several people in cuffs from an apartment in West Broadway on Thursday morning where two men and two women were arrested.

Police went to a property on Balmoral Street just before 8 a.m. after reports of "family trouble" and the possibility of weapons in a residence on the street, Const. Tammy Skrabek said in a statement.
At least five cruisers and one unmarked police vehicle blocked off Balmoral near Broadway.
Three people — a 25-year-old man and two women age 29 and 24 — were taken into custody. The man was charged with three weapon offences, and both women were charged with weapon possession. All three were detained by police.
A fourth person — a 26-year-old woman — was also charged with possessing a weapon but was released on a promise to appear in court.
The investigation has been concluded, police said.
