A new accessible playground has opened in south Windsor.
Members of Harmony in Action, a day program that provides support to adults with special needs, officially opened the park Friday morning.
"It means so much to me," said Lisa Serran, riding a teeter totter. "You can't do this at normal parks."
The new playground is located in a suburban area just east of Devonshire Mall.
