Bay Ferries cancels two more Yarmouth-Portland crossings

CAT will be out of service for repair work on one of its main engines
Bay Ferries Limited has cancelled two more ferry crossings between Yarmouth, N.S., and Portland, Maine, this week.
The CAT will be out of service due to repair work on one of its main engines, the ferry operator said in a release Monday.
The following crossings will be affected:
- Portland to Yarmouth sailing at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 8.
- Yarmouth to Portland at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 10.
Reservations can be changed by calling 1-888-868-9728. Check Bay Ferries's website for scheduling details.
There have been a number of ferry cancellations this summer due to engine issues.
