A vehicle hit a pedestrian at a busy Winnipeg intersection Monday afternoon.
Police told CBC a female pedestrian was struck just before 3:30 p.m. at the corner of Balmoral Street and Cumberland Avenue.
Police closed the streets and asked the public to avoid the area but the streets were re-opened to traffic by 4:30 p.m.
Police said the woman is recovering in stable condition.
