Patrick Hercamp of American comedy troupe Sound & Fury and Australian storyteller Jon Bennett have teamed up for a mostly unplanned, unscripted, audience-directed show.
It's a risk. Basically, they've got a few half-baked ideas – calling their dads; letting the audience ask them personal questions – but they're open to whatever. Party horns are distributed (sadly, I didn't get one); blow your horn and they'll switch gears.
These guys are ridiculously likeable and effortlessly funny – even when they're not really saying anything – but this is one of those shows in which success will depend on circumstances. (The highlight of the performance I attended was a YouTube screening of the House Hippo PSA, a classic to Canadians of a certain age. We also played an inane board game created in tribute to one-time Australian pop star Jason Donovan.)

When the stars align, it's going to be awesome. When they don't? Blow your horn.
