Wes Borg returns with this shambolic but likable collection of songs, anecdotes and remembrances

Longtime fringers will fondly remember Edmonton comedy troupe Three Dead Trolls in a Baggie, who were among the first real stars on the fringe circuit.
Troll Wes Borg returns with this shambolic but likable collection of comedy songs, personal anecdotes and remembrances of "my dead friend Joe" — the late Joe Bird of Three Dead Trolls.
It's anything but sentimental, though. Borg is often crass, acerbic and bluntly cynical. But he delivers all that crass cynicism with a smile and such good cheer that he manages to deliver plenty of laughs at the same time.
It's described as "ramblings" in the title and that's apt. There are dropped threads aplenty, and this does have the feel of a really good raconteur recounting days of fringe past in the beer tent.
Borg is a seasoned enough performer that even his ramblings make for good fringe entertainment. - Joff Schmidt
