Harris is entertaining and charming in a 'frenetic, odd duck sort of way'
Rating: ★★★
Company: That's Enough Drama
Genre: Storytelling
Venue: 26 - Creative Manitoba
Gerard Harris is a self-described nervy Jew from the U.K. In his hour-long, solo storytelling confessional, he regales listeners with tales of a 40 year old divorcee with ADHD, OCD, and Tourette's forging a new career path for himself, stepping up to the mic, and turning his talents to stand-up.
The quality of Harris's performance is not dissimilar to the energy, enthusiasm, rambling nature, and preoccupation with the penis that one finds with six-year-old boys. This is not a criticism. Harris is entertaining and charming in a frenetic, odd duck sort of way.
Be forewarned, Harris abides by the time constraints of a Fringe schedule only in the loosest of ways. His opening night show ran 10 minutes over and he is certain to do so again.

Audience members would be wise to give themselves a generous cushion of time between Attention Seeker and the next show on their list.
