Start your day on a patriotic note by tuning into All in a Weekend(external link) from 6 - 9 a.m. on CBC Radio One. Guest host Rebecca Ugolini will be playing music from some of our listeners' favourite Canadian bands.

This is also a chance to record a special birthday message for your country, as well as share your stories of what you love about your community. We'll be using this material for CBC social video and TV promos.
Take a late afternoon radio break from 5 - 6 p.m. with Cinq à Six(external link), which will offer "A Canadian Celebration: words by Canadian poets and music by Canadian songwriters".
If you can't join us on Canada Day in person, you can certainly join us on your devices. As the official broadcaster of Canada Day activities across the country, CBC/Radio-Canada has a full lineup of special programming and coverage on CBC, CBC News Network, ICI RDI and other platforms.
The primetime special, including the fireworks from Ottawa, will be broadcast on CBC and Radio-Canada networks and streamed live on CBC.ca and Radio-Canada.ca.
And if you haven't checked it out yet, visit CBC 2017(external link) to see features on Canada and its amazing people, places and things.
