Adaptation of Lisa Moore's Caught to premiere on CBC in winter 2018

Caught, a new television series based on Lisa Moore's acclaimed novel, will premiere on CBC in winter of 2018, with Allan Hawco starring and showrunning.
Set in 1978, Caught is the story of David Slaney, who breaks out of prison to finish a big-time heist that will set him up for life. He's tracked by a police officer named Patterson, who is being portrayed by Paul Gross.
The novel was shortlisted for the Scotiabank Giller Prize and Rogers Writers' Trust Fiction Prize in 2013.
Production will begin in Newfoundland in spring 2017.
