Sexual assault reported to have occurred in a gym locker room
Charlottetown police are investigating a report of sexual assault.
On May 15 police began their investigation of a sexual assault reported to have occurred in a gym locker room.
A 56-year-old Charlottetown man is facing a charge of sexual assault. Formal charges have not yet been laid.
The man was arrested and has been released with conditions that he not have any contact with the victim and not attend the location where the incident allegedly happened.
The man will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
