Man and woman charged after thefts from vehicles

Police remind citizens to lock doors, not to leave valuables in vehicles
Charlottetown police have made arrests in connection with thefts from several vehicles last week.
A 32-year-old man and 37-year-old woman have been charged with theft under $5,000.
The thefts occurred last Thursday around Fitzroy Street in downtown Charlottown. Police said the vehicles were unlocked, and left undamaged.
In a news release, police reminded people not to leave valuables in their vehicles, especially not in plain sight, and to lock their vehicles.
