With just one full week left on CBC News: Compass, host Bruce Rainnie and weather specialist Kevin "Boomer" Gallant have issued a challenge to young boys and girls across the Island — to show off their best impressions of the duo.
"I would argue that we have traits that are easily imitatable," said Rainnie, to which Gallant agreed.
So grab a friend, a suit and a Hawaiian shirt, and film a short video of one minute or less to show CBC P.E.I. how Bruce and Boomer-like you can be.
Videos can be submitted to compass@cbc.ca(external link), through CBC Prince Edward Island's Facebook page(external link), or by tagging @cbcpei on Instagram(external link). The deadline to submit is April 26 at midnight.
Rainnie and Gallant will judge the entries and pick three winners on their final day, April 28. All winning duos will receive a CBC prize pack.
The submissions are subject to CBC's submission guidelines(external link), and may be featured online, on radio or on television.
