The Mosaic Company has been fined $85,000 after a worker's leg was crushed by a conveyor in a potash mine.
The incident happened at Mosaic's Colonsay mine southeast of Saskatoon in February 2014.
On Tuesday, the company pleaded guilty to failing to ensure that mine equipment was designed, constructed, installed, maintained and operated to safely perform its tasks.
