A suspicious package found at a Saskatoon office tower was deemed benign after the Saskatoon Fire Department's hazardous materials team was sent to investigate.
The fire department arrived at the KPMG office tower on 2nd Avenue S. shortly before noon on Thursday.
The top floors of the building were evacuated while hazardous materials technicians investigated the package.
Despite the substance being non-threatening, workers that came in contact with the package were decontaminated and assessed.
The scene has since been turned over to the Saskatoon Police Service.
