Man dies after Sunday morning crash on Stoney Trail near Nosehill Drive

Police continue to investigate single-vehicle crash
One man is dead after an accident on Stoney Trail near Nosehill Drive on Sunday morning.
EMS said they were called to the area at 8:50 a.m. and found an SUV that had hit the abutments under the overpass on Stoney Trail.
The only occupant of the SUV, a 39-year-old man, was declared dead at the scene.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
All lanes of southbound Stoney Trail were closed at Tuscany Blvd. while police investigated. The road has since reopened.
