It was a world record effort for a group of Edmonton teenagers Friday.
As teachers had a professional development day, some students spent their spare time playing floor hockey for 24 straight hours, stopping just after 1 p.m. It was the longest recoded floor hockey game ever played.
Scorekeepers lost count, after both teams reached 400 goals. A tape of the game will be sent to England to confirm it as a new Guinness World Record.
