North Dumfries, Guelph see big growth in population, stats show

New numbers released by Statistics Canada show population numbers in Waterloo region and the surrounding areas are on the rise.
In particular, North Dumfries and Guelph saw significant jumps, of 9.4 per cent and 8.3 per cent respectively, while Wilmot township had a 6.9 per cent increase, Kitchener saw an increase of 6.4 per cent and Waterloo had a 6.3 per cent increase.
