A positive decision for the Keystone XL didn't come through the regime of carbon taxes imposed by Premier Rachel Notley: it came through Donald Trump — a president who is probably only slightly more welcome to the NDP than Satan with his pitchfork.

As for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau: his search for the exquisite balance between the economy and the environment just got a whole lot more difficult. More in the video, below.
