Prisoner escapes custody at funeral

Police are looking for a 24-year-old inmate who escaped from custody while attending a funeral in Saint John.
Ryan Wilband was serving a two-year sentence for robbery, assault and fraud at a minimum security prison in Alberta.
He came to Saint John on escorted leave to attend his grandmother's funeral.
He managed to escape from his escort.
Wilband is described as five-foot-four inches tall and 146 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Saint John police say he's not considered dangerous.
