"The facilities at Georgetown Timber are appropriately sized for our needs and local for our personnel," said owner Carl Brothers in a news release.
"We're excited to be moving in."
The move is part of an expansion announced earlier this year.
Frontier Power Systems will sign a 10-year lease with the province and will make investments to renovate the facility.
It joins Eastern Fabricators, which builds stainless steel equipment for food processors, as the second tenant in the yard. The province purchased the yard early this year.
The expansion will allow Frontier to increase its eight-person staff by 14, bringing their eventual total to at least 22 employees.
