Zsa Zsa Gabor was undoubtedly a beauty, but it was her arsenal of one-liners, dahling, that cemented her status as the O.G. socialite celebrity.

Gabor had the uncanny ability to deliver eminently quotable bon mots, whether during an appearance on a talk show or the red carpet, in several fizzy memoirs and advice books or — infamously — alongside a brisk slap during a Beverly Hills traffic stop.

Through it all, she was a feisty femme who knew how to turn lemons into lemonade.

And she left us a treasure trove of snappy quips.
