Thanks to the generosity of Calgarians, $1 million has been raised in support of CBC Calgary's Food Bank Drive.
When the counting was done after Blitz Day Thursday afternoon, the total reached $948,123.45.
And it wasn't even 24 hours later when we hit our target.
