Man shot and killed on McLeod Street in Centretown

A 32-year-old man was shot and killed inside a Centretown apartment building Saturday evening.
Ottawa paramedics were called to 571 McLeod St. just before 4:30 p.m.
A man was critically injured and rushed to hospital. Police confirmed just before 8 p.m. that he had died.
It's Ottawa's 21st homicide of the year.
The Ottawa police major crime unit shut down part of the road between Percy Street and Bronson Avenue to investigate.
