Early winter onset appears to surprise city residents
Charlottetown police were kept busy with minor traffic accidents during the weekend, and they're blaming the weather.
Police responded to 14 motor vehicle collisions.
Winter has come early to the Island, with a record amount of snow on the ground last week, and more snow and rain on Saturday.
Charlottetown police reminded motorists to make adjustments in their driving.
