A Hamilton neurologist has been charged with two counts of sexual assault against patients, and police believe there may be more victims.
A woman reported the first incident to police in August, saying that she was sexually assaulted by her doctor in June.
While investigating, police say they heard from another woman who reported being sexually assaulted by the same doctor in July.
On Nov. 30, 48-year-old Dundas man Dr. Pierre Picard was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual assault. He was later released on a recognizance. Police say they believe there may be more victims.
Police say Picard is a Neurologist who operates out of a private practice on Victoria Avenue North, across from Hamilton General Hospital.
