The University of Prince Edward Island and its faculty association have reached a tentative agreement on a new contract.
The agreement, representing faculty members, librarians, sessional instructors, and clinical nursing instructors, would be over a four-year period and begins retroactively on July 1, 2016.
The Board of Governors and faculty association will each meet with their members over the next week to discuss the tentative agreement.
