Cows, Aspin Kemp among 10 finalists for Private Business Growth Award
Two Island companies are in the running for this year's national Private Business Growth Award.
It's a tribute handed out by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and Grant Thornton.
Cows Creamery and Aspin Kemp — a systems, engineering and integration company based in Montague — are two of 10 companies nominated by an independent jury of business leaders. The only other Maritime company is BioScript Pharmacy in Moncton.
The award is only open to businesses with at least $5 million in revenues.
The winner will be announced at a gala in Toronto on Nov. 16.
