Brandon Ethier faces charge of 2nd-degree murder in death of Joshua Briere

Joshua Briere, 26, was stabbed to death on Clyde Avenue early Saturday morning
A 27-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the stabbing death of Joshua Briere early Saturday morning.
Brandon Ethier was arrested Sunday in hospital where he was being treated for a drug overdose, according to his lawyer, Doug Baum.
He made a brief court appearance Tuesday.
Police were called to 1098 Clyde Ave., near Castle Hill Crescent, around 2:30 a.m. Saturday where a man was found critically injured outside a house.
Briere, 26, was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
