There have been a few Halloween-related fires already, police say
West Prince RCMP say they are already dealing with Halloween problems, including a tire fire earlier this month.
An 18-year-old man has been charged under the Environmental Protection Act for lighting tires on fire on Route 152 in St. Edward, on October 4, RCMP said in a written release Monday.
There have been a few of these fires already, said Cpl. Lisa Jones, but this is the only one in which charges have been laid.
