From displaced culverts and road washouts to dead dolphins, the wake of Hurricane Matthew brought big damage to parts of southern and central Newfoundland Tuesday.
According to Premier Dwight Ball, the damage caused as rains and high winds moved across the island could total upwards of $1.5 million.
