A 63-year-old motorcyclist remains in serious condition in a Calgary hospital after a collision late last month and police now want to talk with the driver of a car that a witness says may have been involved, police said in a release Tuesday.
The man was riding his 2002 Harley Davidson southbound on 68th Street S.E. near Memorial Drive at about 5:30 p.m. Sept. 24.
"The motorcycle veered to the right and struck a traffic signal pole. The man was transported to hospital where he remains in serious condition," police said.
Speed and alcohol are not considered factors.
A witness told police a white, 4-door sedan with tinted windows may have been involved.
Police want to speak with the driver, owner of the car or any witnesses. They can be reached at 403-567-4000 or through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
