One man is dead following a motorcycle crash that shut down traffic on the Charlottetown bypass on Tuesday.
"We have a male driver of a motorcycle who lost control of his motorcycle and came in contact with the curb and was thrown from the bike," said Cst. Ron Kennedy with Charlottetown Police.
Kennedy said the motorcycle had been travelling eastbound on the bypass.
A female passenger was also on the bike. She was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital with injuries.
Kennedy said RCMP are assisting the Charlottetown Police in the investigation.
