Son charged in father's death

A 23-year-old man has been charged with murder, three months after his father was killed and his house set on fire.
On Sept. 14, fire crews were called to a home on Fonda Close and the body of 62-year-old Clifford Mills Trusty was found in the basement.
Staff Sgt. Barry Cochran says police still aren't releasing how Trusty was killed. He says the charges are the result of a joint investigation between homicide detectives and the arson unit.
Shawn Trusty has been charged with second-degree murder and arson. He is to appear in court Tuesday.
