Company announces partnership with Yintai Group

Cows Creamery was one of 56 Canadian companies that had deals finalized with China during Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's visit to the country.
The P.E.I. company has announced a partnership with Yintai Group to open ice cream stores in high-end shopping centres in eastern China.

Cows, based in Charlottetown, has plans to work with the Chinese company to develop online shopping and other projects across China.
Cows opened its first shop in Beijing in 2014 and another this summer.
The company, while known for its ice cream, has also won awards for the cheese it makes.
