High school is a formative time for many of us. You start to get a sense of who you are and who you want to be.
That's why high school is such a popular setting for TV shows.
One of the most groundbreaking TV shows about teens in the mid-1990s was short-lived: My So-Called Life, starring the 15-year-old Claire Danes as Angela Chase.
MSCL bore a lot of meaning for teenagers growing up in the mid-1990s. Soraya Roberts was one of them.
In fact, the show has resonated with her so much that she dedicated a book to it, titled "In My Humble Opinion: My So-Called Life."
Soraya tells Candy how writing the book has brought up a lot of thoughts about her own teenage self.
