Police were back in the Trails End area of Paradise Sunday afternoon as multiple marked and unmarked police vehicles were stationed outside a home on Porteus Place.
Residents in the area told CBC News that police were seen going in and out of a home where 19-year-old Kyle Morgan had been living.
Last week, Morgan and two other men were charged with the abduction and killing of Steven Miller in Conception Bay South.
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary confirmed to CBC News that officers with the Criminal Investigation Division were on the scene, but did not provide any further detail.
A neighbour told CBC News she saw officers in white suits photographing an area outside the home Sunday morning.
Others in the area said there has been a police presence on the street for several days.
