Motorcycle, car collided at Mount Herbert intersection on Wednesday
The motorcyclist involved in the two-vehicle collision in Mount Herbert, P.E.I., on Wednesday has died from injuries sustained in the collision.
RCMP released a statement Thursday offering condolences to the family.
The collision between the motorcycle and a car happened around 7 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Route 21 and Bunbury Road.
The driver of the motorcycle was a former P.E.I. resident who was living in Saskatchewan.
RCMP said the driver of the car, and Island resident, was treated for injuries and was released from hospital.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
