Fuel prices down overnight

Gas prices fall as low as $0.969
Fuel prices fell overnight in the regular, mid-month price review by the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission.
- The price of regular gas is down 1.5 cents a litre to a minimum of $0.969.
- Diesel is down 2.6 cents a litre to a minimum of $0.999.
- Furnace oil dropped by two cents to $0.692.
- Propane prices held steady.
IRAC cited growing inventories and decreased demand as the reason for the price drops.
