People captured hail, swirling clouds and flooding on smartphones
A state of emergency was declared in Estevan, Sask. after the city of 11,000 was pelted with 130 millimetres of rain in less than three hours on Sunday.
Yorkton, Sask. was also pummeled by the rain.
