Flying toilet paper entangles family truck on Sarcee Trail in Calgary

Kids think it's hilarious, dad's not too impressed

The Weeks family was heading to Calgary on Sunday afternoon to visit the grandparents — but got tangled up in some unlikely white stuff on Sarcee Trail.
"My whole truck is covered in toilet paper ... It's not funny," dad Philip Weeks says, as streams of toilet paper fly from his side view mirrors.
"The kids thought it was hilarious. It was the highlight of their day," said mom Jessica, who was busy shooting video on her smartphone while the kids were cracking up in the back seat.
Dad, however, was "not very impressed," she told CBC News on Monday.
"He's a GM mechanic and he's very particular about his vehicle," she joked.
Weeks said at least three rolls of toilet paper came flying at them from the flatbed truck in front of them, which was stacked with around six Porta Potties.
"I'm thankful it was only clean toilet paper coming out of it, and nothing else," she said from her home in Airdrie, just north of Calgary.
"My husband would have been a lot more upset if it was anything else," she added with a laugh.
It's not the first time rogue toilet paper has appeared on Calgary roads.
This video shows around three cartons falling off a truck on the Deerfoot near Balzac, then "exploding" and spilling dozens of loo rolls onto the highway.
