A man is facing a variety of drug and weapon-related charges after police were called to a north end bar late Sunday afternoon.
They were called to the 2000 block of Avenue B N. with reports of a possibly intoxicated woman lying outside a bar.
She was apparently there with a man, who witnesses told police was inside the bar.
Police arrested the man inside. He was wearing body armour and had a loaded 9-mm handgun, and a kilogram of methamphetamine.
Two other people were arrested, carrying $8,000 cash.
Police suspect a drug transaction may have been in progress.
