Calgary police hunting for suspect in serious assault of 83-year-old man

Victim is in critical condition in hospital following Friday morning incident
Calgary police are looking for a suspect who left an 83-year-old man in critical condition following an assault in Chinatown.
Police arrived at the 100 block of Second Avenue S.E. around 8:30 a.m. on July 8 and found the victim laying in an alley with significant injuries. He was taken to hospital in critical condition.
According to a media release, witnesses told police they heard a man yelling and then saw someone leaving the alley described as a "slim male, wearing white pants with a stripe down the side, a black hoodie that hangs low at the back and was carrying a dark backpack."
The images released by police of the suspect were capture by a nearby surveillance camera.
