Southern Alberta thunderstorm brings lightning, hail, flooding and even snow

Environment Canada warned of golf-ball sized hail

Extreme weather wreaked havoc in Southern Alberta Tuesday afternoon, after Environment Canada issued a severe thunderstorm warning for the region.
Here's what it looked like.

The sun all but disappeared over Northwest Calgary.

It wasn't quite the size of a golf ball, but hail did fall in Turner Valley.

It even struck a building in Connaught around 4:45 p.m.
