Chevron Canada donating $450K over 3 years for new CanDo program
A St. John's organization that tries to transform the lives of struggling adults has launched a program to help them find work cleaning offices and other businesses.

Clean Start was developed by Stella's Circle, with oil company Chevron Canada pitching in $450,000 over the next three years to help make the project happen.
The venture is part of Stella's Circle Employment Services Division, which offers a range of employment and education programs to more than 450 participants each year.
"The best social program is a job," says Stella's Circle CEO Lisa Browne.
"Chevron's generous donation has enabled us to run CanDo, an employment service that was created for individuals with complex multiple barriers to employment," she said.
"CanDo provides supported and transitional employment in the community which allows participants to receive skills and confidence to be able to find employment."
