26-year-old woman taken to hospital with undetermined injuries
Charlottetown police are investigating an assault causing bodily harm incident against a 26-year-old woman on Queen Street Wednesday afternoon.
The incident occurred at about 1 p.m.
The woman was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital with undetermined injuries.
"The majority of her injuries were as a result of being hit in the head and facial area. Not sure if there was any weapon involved, at this point we think it was just hands," said Deputy Chief Gary McGuigan.
