Portable toilet positioned in front of Head of Cardigan sign gives residents a chuckle
A portable toilet stationed in front of the Head of Cardigan sign in eastern P.E.I. is giving residents a laugh — as head is the name for the toilet on a ship.
Story Sheidow, who lives nearby, posted a photo of the toilet and sign to Facebook, along with the hashtag #punny.
She said she doesn't know what it's doing there, but imagines it has something to do with crews working in the area.
The P.E.I. Department of Transportation and Infrastructure said in an email it had crews in the area recently working on a bridge structure, and the toilet was probably put there as part of that work.
The toilet and the sign are at the intersection of 48 Road and Alleys Mill Road.
