Victim says he was punched, spat on by motorcycle driver
Charlottetown police are investigating an alleged case of road rage and assault on the weekend.
On Saturday afternoon, police report they received a complaint from a man who said he was cut off by a motorcycle. The man driving the motorcycle allegedly parked it, then proceeded to punch and spit on the driver.
The assault allegedly occurred at a stop on the bypass highway near Malpeque Road.
