Police made 5 arrests last week
Charges have been laid against one of the five teenagers arrested in connection with disturbing vandalism and theft at a rental cottage in St. Margarets, in eastern P.E.I., says RCMP.
The vandalism occurred in late May, and police made five arrests last week.
Threatening messages were painted throughout the building, included "666" and "You're gonna die."
Extra judicial measures for four
RCMP Staff Sgt. Kevin Baillie said four of the teens, three girls and a boy, have admitted their involvement and provided similar statements about who did what damage.
He said those four will likely go through a process of extra judicial measures, which generally include fixing the damage and an apology to the victim.
One of the girls has not admitted involvement, and has had three charges laid against her.
