Competing restaurants sell more burgers in 30 days than entire P.E.I. population
The Brick-Inator has been named Burger Love's Most Loved Burger for 2016.
It was created by Kyle Panton of the Brickhouse Kitchen and Bar in Charlottetown.
A record-breaking 163,170 burgers — more than the entire population of P.E.I. — were consumed among the 73 restaurants taking part in the annual 30-day competition in April.
Sales of the burgers generated total revenue of $2.2 million.
